Employment Law Medico-Legal Reports

Our medico-legal experts are skilled in evaluating employees in discrimination and personal injury claims. We are specialists in determining whether individuals have experienced sex, disability, race, or other types of discrimination contrary to the Equality Act 2010. In disability discrimination claims, we assess whether the employee has a disability under section 6(1) of the Equality Act 2010 and whether the necessary reasonable adjustments have been made.
